"We have always enjoyed our stays at The Clarendon it has a beautiful outlook, lovely village, close enough to the O2 by bus, and easy to get to the centre of london. Staff lovely and food. TV could be a bit bigger"

"Easy check in, lux room good for Soho, good toiletries, comfy bed, great location. Items for improvement- no tea bags (gave pods for the coffee machine which were worse than useless, no kettle and you had to remove the machine from the cupboard and plug in elsewhere). No shelves/area in the bathroom to put anything. The bar closed at 11:30 and hotel guests could not get anything after that to take to room which was disappointing. A little noisy due to the area, could do with double glazing....

"Leider wurden meine 4 Nachrichten bzgl. Sonderwünsche zu spät gelesen und wir bekamen ein Zimmer, welches wir nicht wollten (direkt neben der Straße, was relativ laut war). Erst nach der Ankunft wurde mir geschrieben, dass man es an der Rezeption ansprechen könnte um es eventuell zu ändern.
Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch gab es keine Abwechslung.
Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber. Auf der Bettdecke waren Flecken, in der Dusche fremde Haare und der Spiegel war dreckig.
Lift kam immer sehr...
