"My experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s lukewarm attitude and lack of enthusiasm did not create a welcoming first impression. "The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty.
The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor.
The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction.
Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice.

"The pool and beach are amazing. Nice food at the restaurant too.

"Lemon Beach Resort was such a beautiful, quaint place with a great helpful professional staff. I went with a group and they were able to not only accommodate about 12 of us but there were other guests present as well. Even with all of us including the guests present for four days, everyone was cohesive and resumed the quiet peaceful aura that was present.
It is a hidden gem amongst the residents and close to a school. The rooms are in a hut type setting but extremely comfortable. The grounds...
