"Excellent, friendly service from all the staff. The hotel was a long walk along the front from the ferry terminal but taxis were available outside on the street in front of the port. Very nice breakfast each morning which offered porridge, kippers and boiled eggs to order as well as cereal, pastries and full English. "It's a bit dated, still very nice. Brett, the receptionist was awesome. Gave us great places to go and eat/drink. Very friendly people all around. Housekeeping was very good and refilled everything daily. Car rental gentleman were fun and informative. Bar staff friendly and accommodating. Just a nice place to stay."

"My experience was very good if not excellent. Parking was a bit tricky as it’s a public parking and Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm restriction means you have to move your car every 2 hours, but if you’re spending the day out visiting places then parking restriction is not a worry."

"What great service, Reception is so friendly and nothing is a problem. Breakfast is great, lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Really great hot chocolates and waffles. "Great location. Parking space on car park to the rear. Spotlessly clean. William the receptionist / caretaker was excellent. Has everything you need. However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp.
