When we stayed there, the weather was very warm, and there were no ACs at all in all the first floor rooms (it was only available in some rooms at the top floor) The shower drain didn’t work and despite telling reception nothing was done about it. The hotel location and price are ok but I do not recommend this place as a first choice at all"

"This is a hotel in Fontainebleau but it is not belle. I paid almost $400 a night (the Expedia rate was twice what they were showing at the hotel) for a room with no air conditioning and it was 98 degrees at night and impossible to sleep. Also, the bathroom smelled and there was a tv bracket on the wall but no tv. I have never felt so ripped off by a hotel room before."

"Room was not ready when I arrived. I got a room but it was still dirty from the last guest There was someone there and I got a different room I got double charged for the room. They asked for my card to pay the room tax but they charged the full amount. The room had already been pre-paid on Expedia. When I asked the hotel staff about this they assured me it was only the room tax that got charged. But when I got my Credit card statement, I found that was not true. Now I have to spend a bunch...
