"Loved the location but our room 205 was very cold and the radiator did not work! First night we about froze — slept in sweats and hoodies! Talked to the front desk and they said heaters were on a timer! The next afternoon we stopped and questioned the heat and after 2 hours they sent up a portable heater!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs. They were willing to answer questions about navigating Gallway and with other personal needs. Breakfast was great, place very clean and excellent staff."
