"The receptionist who checked me in seemed burnt out. Half way during check-in her shift was changed and it took me 40-45 mins for me to get checked in. Communication was not clear which resulted to a significant delay. The room came with charging ports near the bed. Towels were provided. Only a shower gel was provided. The room excluded travel toothbrushes, slippers, etc. Room was well ventilated from any noise. Reception was 24hrs from my understanding which made the check-in and check-out...
