"Excellent resorts "

"We were pleasantly surprised with this resort. The property was big enough to always feel like there was something to do, but never felt overwhelming and even at full capacity we easily found beach or pool chairs and rarely waited anything. Food was decent, and our favourite location to eat was the privilege lounge. The food is delicious, the service was great and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Special shout out to Our concierge Deiby as he helped make our vacation feel effortless and to the all privileged pool bar staff for mixing delicious drinks (Jonathan makes the best mojito) and for making our kids feel special by making endless kid friendly fancy drinks. Would return again."

"All restaurants need improvements, the food quality, presentation, ambience, and service. The menus are not exciting. They don’t serve salads or healthy sides and the protein is low quality. The duck was over salted, the fish was over cooked and dry, the appetizers are very small. Overall, not satisfying dinners, also service at the restaurants luck hospitality. "

"My stay at Live Aqua was amazing, everything was more than we wished all the staffs from the beginning to the last minute we’re was there treated as 5 stars and made sure we had what we needed. Live Aqua have amazing food and drinks ! I will definitely be back soon to enjoy more days out there . "

"The internet was not fast and i had a pool view"

"Bldg Rm 7209 was cold damp and musty, I couldn’t get the temp above 18.5 - 19, even though I finally switched to heat set at 22. It never changed. I actually took the clothes that I was going to travel in and hung them on the balcony. My clothes were actually cold to the touch. I woke up several times in the night feeling the dampness. With everything else being much better, I was very disappointed and uncomfortable in the room!!!"

"The property, beach, and kids club were amazing. Be careful booking on expedia. We booked a preferred ocean front swim out with two double beds. Apparently this room doesn't exist. When we got there we were put in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch. We made it work but that is not what we booked. The room was also the farthest room away from the preferred club. Again we made this work but was not what was booked. This isnt the first time somwthing like this has happened to us using expedia. Also be prepared to tip the staff, especially the bar tender. Basically if you didnt have money in your hand he would not serve you. Food and service not the greatest and actually fell slightly below my already low expectations."

"This resort is definitely family and kid friendly. They even have a little daycare area in the main buffet restaurant. The rooms were always maintained clean. Most of the staff was super friendly and made sure you were well taken care of but that was only when they noticed that you are a good tipper. The entertainment at night was great and fun! The bathrooms around the resort are spotless. However, we requested a King size bed for both rooms and received double beds. In the main pool, you would find bird droppings in the actual water while swimming. The rooms at night were actually really warm and the lowest setting was 68 degrees. I do not see myself going back but, it was a nice experience."
