"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."

The Royal Mile, and Princes street were all very walkable from the property. "I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"I was put in an ADA unit that shower was crazy weird and leaked all over the floor because it’s not enclosed and my toilet area was wet for an entire day. The videos to learn how to do the appliances great touch. My neighbor with a dog had dog poo all over the patio never went out and kept drapes closed because of it."

"I want to gatekeep this review - this was such a fantastic stay. The Townhouse is fantastic! Such great attention to detail and Alexander/Erika were so good at communicating with me; proactive and timely always. The room itself was large, spacious and so well appointed.
