"Overall our 6-night stay at the Zanzibar Locke was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean and obviously has been recently updated. The location is within easy walking distance of most anything in downtown Dublin. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "Worst decision ever to go with this stay. - lift no working , I had to take my luggages up and down 4 floors. - no trash bin, tooth brush - the front door doesn’t work with the card sometimes so I have to wait until someone comes by - my room door does not lock - 0 soundproof walls and windows. Is so noisy at night until 11pm+ "

"My 4 nights stay was good overall. The accommodation is neat and the location is at easy access to almost anywhere you want to visit in Dublin. "Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). "The suite is huge with lots of character in an old building. The kitchen is great with everything you need to prepare meals. There are multiple grocery stores within short walking distance. The area is lovely and walkable, we felt safe being out at night. Be careful when taking a shower as the hot water runs out after 10 minutes. "This location was perfect for 5 adults. We walked everywhere so the location was very central. There is an Aldi avross the street for groceries and we had an emergent need for a suitcase and there was also mall across the street. There is no AC so plan accordingly. "
