"You had to pay for regular water at meals. You had to pay to use the pool. The roof top bar did not make a lot of specialty drinks like a lemon drop martini. When arriving we had to wait several hours for our room and had to rent storage lockers for our luggage until we could check in. The room was too hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. Light switches were complicated if you can believe that. Overall for the money we paid it was very disappointing."

"The hotel is well located. However its orientation means most rooms do without a view. Some rooms have an awkward layout. Bathroom amenities are top notch with quality toiletries including lotion, hair conditioner and a makeup mirror. Mostly I would say this is an “as expected” for a hotel of this class with nothing in particular that stands out."

"Quaint hotel 2 blocks from the Central Station. Very easy to get to anywhere. The staff went above and beyond, especially with helping to get luggage to the room. The one point against is that the elevator only went to the 1st floor. It was a full flight of stairs from the lobby level. A very nice feature was the "backyard"."
