"Excellent choice. Unbeatable location, close to the metro station, a 12-14 minute train ride from the airport and you can walk to a lot of the main attractions. The room was pretty spacious and the common areas are comfortable. The cafe being open 24/7 is very helpful. The only thing I was not a fan of was breakfast, since the price was pretty elevated for what the buffet offered "

"Nice hotel and great location for a visit to Copenhagen. The rooms were well equipped. However, the gym was quite small and smelled bad. For the price and five stars, I would’ve expected a little more."

"Recurrng stay for us. Good as usual, but this time the room cleaning (upon arrival) was not great. Empty bottle under the bed and a trash bin in thebathroom that had not been emptied."

"Localização ótima! Perto de tudo, o café da manhã opção a parte vale a pena o custo benefício. Único problema, fiquei num quarto sozinha com cama de solteiro, porém o travesseiro era um só e minúsculo, a coberta também muito pequena, e nos 3 dias que fiquei nenhum dia limparam meu quarto ou teve troca de toalha de banho. "Property looks new and modern. Staff are helpful. The restaurant on site is really nice with excellent service and high quality menu and delicious food. The only complaint is with the cleaning crew. They didn’t clean the room very well. Still have dirty marks on tables and nightstand. The bed was poorly made and sloppy. Not at all hotel standards. There is no turn down service as expected of a 5 star hotel. I guess they are just short staffed. "

"We chose the quadruple family room for 3 adults. Well worth the extra money. Much more space and bigger bathroom. Love the fact you can do laundry at the hotel and park your car if you need to. So close to an excellent supermarket. Would definitely iyely stay here again. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Joanne! The staff was helpful (shoutout to my new friend Rocky at the bar!), the entire hotel was beautifully appointed, and the location was perfect for getting around by train or bike or walking through Vesterbro. Highly recommend for the feeling of luxury at an attainable price point."

"It was pretty convenient to the airport. We met friends that came in from Sweden for the few hours we had before catching our connecting flight. We were able to walk to a really great restaurant. Everyone at the property seemed friendly. The location was a little generic, maybe? I was hoping it had some of the older historic buildings of Copenhagen closer. "
