"We stayed in a king premium room. The room was recently remodeled. Carpets, walls, countertops, etc all in great shape. Room also had microwave and minifridge. Best part was the cold a/c and the great bed! Would definitely return again!"

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre est propre et confortable, le terrain ombragé et bien entretenu. Le bbq et les tables a pique nique permettent de se préparer de bons repas. L internet par contre n est pas fiable. Je n ai pas été capable non plus d ouvrir les fenêtres pour chasser l odeur d humidité et aérer la chambre. Malgré ceci, je reviendrais car l établissement est bien tenu. "

"Staff was exceptional. Facility has everything one needs for a comfy stay. Our room was quiet & clean and was in the Red building, which is separate but only a few steps away from the main section of resort. It’s anquieter section of resort and has a nice & spacious back lawn with chaise lounges, tables, & a grill for guests to use."

"We stayed a night in the Atlantic Birches Inn and it was lovely. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The grounds overall are very peaceful and serene, and a very short walk to the pier and beach. The breakfast provided was very thoughtful, and the staff was kind. The bed was very low to the ground which was the only weird thing, but overall it was comfortable and I slept great, so not a dealbreaker. I will definitely be back. "

"I was looking for a resort on the Maine coast that was dog friendly and the Colony Hotel knocked it out of the park. The facilities are fantastic, beautiful views and a brief walk to downtown Kennebunkport. Lots of dogs families and couples, young and old. We will likely come back every summer from now on."
