"Overall the hotel is very nice. It is a bit outdated but the location and view are great. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the divider between the balconies had a bar missing so a person can walk through. I was told that they were working to put wood on the dividers to make it more private. "

"Pet friendly with a grassy area for our pet to relieve themselves (which is rare in a busy vacation destination like this). Good Ocean and Bay views from the partial ocean view room. We get to see the sunrise and sunset from our room! Clean and friendly. Far enough from the inlet to be mostly quiet at night. Great place. "

"We booked this hotel last minute and never having stayed before. Found it very comfortable and the kids loved it. The ice-skating was a bonus and you’re right on the beach and the beach was not overcrowded."

"Check in was awful, it took 50 min in line to check in in a hot crowded lobby. We considered going elsewhere. But once checked in, everything else was just fine. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice staff, great location. Bus stop just across the parking lot was convenient. "

"Oceanfront view was awesome, as was being right at the beach! Outdoor pool was great for all ages, perfect temp, not too cold! Outdoor facilities were great! Didn’t have a need for the indoor pool and hot tubs. Inside of the hotel, and rooms seem quite dated. "

"It was in a great spot and next to the beach. Parking was okay we got one space and found free parking on the street for our other car. The toilet knob was broken but they fixed it right away, and the door to our room would scrape along the ground making a very loud noise. We let the staff know about it but they didn’t care too much about "
