Everything was clean and as described. Property was pet friendly and everyone with dogs was respectful. Quiet property with a beautiful view of the Bay. Would recommend for a stay of a small family or group.

The room was clean and the interactions with the staff was nice. There was no Breakfast offered. The pool was nice but the ground around the pool was very slippery no matter if it was dry or wet.

Nice Place

Our stay was fantastic! The staff really friendly, the apartment clean, complete our dog was happy looking other dogs from the balcony, the location super convenient with a small supermarket in the corner if you need something, many restaurants around, shops was really nice for us.100% recommended for your next trip.

Great stay at the Bay Club Resort

Another great stay at the Bay Club Resort, we do come here often. They are constantly updating and renovating the property, it is a pet friendly resort which is great. Our dog loves this place.

A resort for dogs

This place is good for people who have dogs. The lobby could use a major overhaul. The condo itself was accommodating for what we needed with great views of the bay. If you have a bad back, the beds are very uncomfortable. The outside grounds are kept very clean. It’s also within walking distance to restaurants and amusements.

Perfect place for families and dogs

The view was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for our family. Perfect setup if you have dogs. This place would be our first choice when we come back for our next vacation.

It was a pretty good stay. There were minor issues but the staff was great. The only thing is that the indoor pool was detached from the building but it was very warm. The kids enjoyed it so much. Will definitely return.

If you arrive after 5 p.m there is noone at the front desk to check you in you actually have to call the after hours number to get a code to be able to get your key card which is not ideal cause if there is an emergency or if you need assistance there is noone there to help you. I love that it was pet friendly as i was able to take my princess with me. The room itself was fine great view but the downfall was that the tv in the master bedroom would ahut off every2 minutes amd thats no exaggeration it was so frustrating i could watch tv. The hotel property itself needs work I was on the top floor and the balcony felt like it was gonna fall everytime you step on it. Its like the balcony is slanted it was scary walking through the balcony. Also be prepared to pay more for the pet fee it says $125 but when you get there its actually $138. What disappointed me the most and the reason i booked this hotel was for the heated indoor pool but that was not accurate the water was polarized cold no person can swim in that water and the jacuzzi doesnt even work which was another disappointment so me and my fanily couldn't even use the pool during our stay and then when you call the after hours number to ask about the pool and why its not heated they say they dont know. Lastly the checkout being at 10 a.m is too early. The fact that check in is at 5p.m which is late and then to have checkout at 10a.m that really needs to be changed.

First, the good: The location was great. Quick walk to the beach, plenty of quick-stop type of places for ice and other items (you definitely need to order a sandwich at Anthony’s Liquors!). Short drive to lots of restaurants and other entertainment. The kitchen was well-appointed (bring coffee filters!) and the furnishings comfortable. The not-so-good: The floor was really grubby. My 10 month old grandson’s feet and hands were black within 15 min of crawling around on the floors, despite them appearing clean. The bathrooms were clean-ish. Otherwise, it was clean enough. Check in was confusing because you can’t check in till 5 and the office closes at 5, so ??? I was finally able to get in touch with someone who gave me instructions for accessing the keys to room. Bottom line: I’d stay here again.

Loved this place, staff was awesome. Everything we could ask for. Huge issue for me was the black mold on all the supply grills for ac/furnace. Also evaporator coil and condensate drain line covered in black mold. Evaporator covered in mold and debris impacting functionality of ac. This lead to one of my children having an allergic reaction the entire stay. Informed front desk and they did offer us other rooms but all had same issues upon my inspection prior to moving rooms. Will reiterate staff was very apologetic and willing to do whatever they could to help this issue.If not for the ac not functioning and the black mold I’d give it 5 stars.
