"Perfect location close to Gloucester Street tube station. We would stay here again. Nearby there are shops, cafes, and a Waitrose. Kensington High Street is nearby as are the museums. A very warm welcome at reception. A great duplex room G020 with a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa and TV downstairs. "The apartment was lovely and very convenient to Hyde park and Paddington station. I had issues with communications. Firstly, I booked through Expedia well in advance, but a few weeks ahead was told they were downgrading me. Now I have to resolve the credit issued with Expedia. There was also a problem with their systems being hacked. I think I was duped into sending money to an unknown source. I will try to resolve when I am home. "Reception staff was really helpful and kind enough to allow us to check in early. It’s an older building with narrow corridors that open up to surprisingly large apartment. We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit."

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."
