"Overall, my stay wasn’t bad. The cleanliness of the bedding and provided towels could’ve been better, a few stains and stray hairs, but did not see any bugs or anything. Bathroom door had one broken hinge. Staff was very nice and the area was actually pretty quiet."

"Be sure to contact them before arriving. We didn’t know we had to do that, and when we arrived exhausted at 9:30pm, we couldn't get in. We had to call and text repeatedly until someone called us back 30 minutes later, as we were about to leave to find somewhere else, even though this stay was prepaid. Once we got in, everything was great, very clean and spacious. Just be aware that no staff are on duty, everything is done via text messages and codes."

"Was noisy all night. Heard the TV all night, kids running around up and down the hallway. Couldn’t get good internet reception. It will be our last time there. As an older couple, these things can get overwhelming. For younger families probably doesn’t matter."

"Breakfast was really good. A/C was ok, I couldn't get it any cooler and I wanted it cooler. I had trouble getting the ironing board to fold back up after I used it and I had trouble getting the tv screen to shut off. I had to unplug it when I went to sleep. Room and pool were great."
