"The best part of this hotel is its location, with airport bus stops right in front of the property. There is a 7-Eleven below and Aeon underground. MTR station is a short walk. The hotel itself is showing its age, and bathroom has some rust/mold. Otherwise it is spacious and I would stay again"

"The hotel had bedbugs. I had booked 2 rooms and in both rooms we have issues where the guests were bitten by bedbugs. At the end of the first night stay their body was covered in marks from bug bite. When we reported the staff the same they helped us change the room but other room has also same issue. The property is good but it is hard to recommends after our experience from 4 nights booking of 2 rooms"

The front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked politeness, making it difficult to resolve any issues. The room had a musty smell, when I turn on the aircon the smells become even worst. "There was no running water in the showers as I say that there were (3) showers and it was an old school with beds for 8 people with 3 bathrooms. It was not a Hotel it was an old school and the staff shut down at 6pm so no amenities at all. Staff was no help and neither was security to get some thing to eat. No room service. Very bad stay"
