"Very comfortable bed, no hairdryer but otherwise it was a great place to stay"

"The Staff were very agreeable people and did their best to assist. Stayed 3 days and not once had cleaning staff available. Two occupants and had to ask for towels each day. Sheets stained. Breakfast did not reflect the additional cost. Toast, bagel or cornflakes only with juice."

"was put in smoking room when i had booked non-smoking sheets had not been cleaned"

"It was decent all things considered. Our biggest gripe is that the hot water took 10 minutes to get warm 2/3 nights of our stay and when it did finally get hot it was brief. Water pressure was very low as well. Breakfast was limited but fresh. Rooms were clean but dated and the rest of the hotel was pretty rough including broken down cars and burnt down trailer homes in the parking lot. Would we stay here again? Yes because the beds were actually comfortable and clean and the staff was pleasant...

"All 3 desk staff were very friendly and always spoke to you, thanks mucho!"

"The staff was nice but the hotel needed some help. The elevator makes terrifying grinding noises. The frig was broken. No coffee maker. The toilet didn't want to flush and pushed up all the dirty water up into a fountain. Luckily i wasn't sitting but my foot got all splashed. One of the fire sprinklers dangled out of the ceiling. There was no maintenance person. We left early to go home rather than stay our last night. No refund."

"Loved everything about it! Thank you so much made a difficult trip much easier for us and very grateful. I would highly recommend this property."

"First of all we arrived with a code key into the place that wasn’t even ours so we entered Someone else’s room Which was been occupied! Turns out that the dungeon that they put us into, didn’t even have a key code on it!!! This place had open holes into the attic stairs to get into the refrigerator stairs to get down into the unit Which my partner is handicap and was not easy because there was no Railings to get down into the unit! conduit throughout the place for the electricity! Had too small...

"We just stayed for a quick overnight to catch an early flight. Left before breakfast and literally just used the beds. It did the job!"
