"The staff was truly exceptional, and the hospitality was top-notch. However, the building and food did not quite match the premium rates they charge. Based on the overall experience, I would rate it closer to a 4-star property. That said, the outdoor ambiance and lush greenery are among the finest I’ve seen, which adds a lot of charm — but still not enough to justify a full 5-star rating."

Despite booking three Coastal View Rooms together one book TDforExpedia booking, we were given two rooms on one floor and a third on another.
