"The only difficulty is the stairs for elderly people. The access from Ann Street is helpful but the stair railing should go all the way to the street. I would recommend a quality control person check every room to evaluate maintenance. "

"Very nice clean room, super comfortable for our 3 night stay. Loved they had a vhs player in our room and a great selection to choose from at the front desk - even though you can watch them all on a streaming service, it was nostalgic to enjoy a movie night that way. The booking site mentioned breakfast from 8-10, but it looked like granola bars and fruit… not a big deal for us, but maybe it should be updated as that could be misleading. We would definitely book a future stay there if we are in...

"Glorious stay! Be sure to visit during a beautiful snow, its phenomenal! Michael and Rick are great hosts. Rick makes excellent biscuits and gravy and provides an amazing, and slightly creepy, tour of this old county hospital. Large comfy room and lots to look at and enjoy about the history of the area. Take your time and enjoy the spaces!"

"Very clean and comfortable room. Ample parking. Breakfast was very disappointing- the bare minimum and the coffee was almost not drinkable. The room was $190 and I could have stayed Tru by Hilton in Colorado Springs which has an AMAZING breakfast for $100 less!!"

"We loved everything there. Beautiful cabin and setting. You can’t see pikes peak from a window but if you just walk down the dirt road a bit, you get beautiful photo ops with pikes peak. The only criticism I have is that there is no AC but there are good fans to keep you cool for sleeping. If we ever come this way again, I would book it again for another stay."
