"It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

"Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected."

"This property is not kept up. Not worth $250 for one night stay. Non smoking room smelled bad. The sheets and bed spread were stained. Furniture was old and chipped. Paint outside the room on the floors and handrails was coming off. Very easy to see these owners do not care about their customers experience or the condition of this hotel. Would have asked for a refund if I could have found another place to stay for the night. "

"Clean rooms friendly staff"

"Toilet clogged, no plunger available, no manager or maintenance on duty, could not relocate room as hotel full capacity. Only 1 employee on duty. Had to send my husband out to walgreens. R5 minutes round trip to get a plunger to fix our toilet so we would have a working restroom. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend as hotel is poorky managed and not staffed well."

"Check in process was long. We walked in our room to a dead roach next to the sink by the entry door, stains on pillow cases and mattress covers, and an abundance of trash under the pull out sofa. Room smelled of mildew and the air conditioner and air circulation didn’t do much to help. No ice anywhere on the property, women’s restroom on the first floor was out of order, and the plumbing needs updated because our toilet stopped up numerous times. Also breakfast was cold, and what was edible...
