"Absolutely the perfect getaway! Best kept secret in Duluth, especially if you're looking for all the amenities but away from everyone else. In walking distance to downtown. We had the view of a lifetime right outside of our bedroom. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a different stay in Duluth in the norm. Thank you!"

"This hotel could be a diamond in the rough. It is run down. Parking is scary. Homeless living in the parking area. The revolving restaurant is unique but decor is dated. Shabby. The service in the restaurant was not great. The food was fine. We had an issue with our air conditioning. Maintenance tried their best. Clearly they don’t have a lot to work with. The front desk staff was accommodating and kind. Our room was clean but run down. I wouldn’t take a bath in the bathtub. Shower pressure...

"Very clean spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was a prime spot. Only complaint was that the pool was broken down the entirety of our stay which was a bummer because we looked for a hotel specifically with a pool, however, staff was able to accommodate and send us to another hotel to swim. Very all quite pleased with the hotel."

"Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff when we checked in and they went over all the amenities. Free breakfast is very good and has plenty of options. Downtown is about a 2 mile and I would advise walking due to pay parking in the area, unless you have small children"

"We did find some trash on the floor in our room from previous guests. Overall a nice place and on the lake, we would stay again. The restaurant is very convenient and serves good food."

"First things first the property entrance was hidden because of over grown grass all the way back to check in area. Once I entered the building there was a strong stench coming thru like sewer masking with chlorine. I got to my room and made a beeline back to front desk that this place was unacceptable,not what the internet showed.The room literally smelled like pee , dusty, dark and dirty. It appeared like a high end crack house . Was told there was no house keeping..I was refused my money...
