"Bel hôtel dans un cadre agréable et dans le goût de la Nouvelle Angleterre mais malheureusement certains espaces sont mal utilisés. Par exemple il n'y a pas de bar alors qu'une belle terrasse est face à la mer. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre avec peu de choix et , entre autre, pas de fruits. Par ailleurs le service de nettoyage passe dans les chambres alors que nous sommes au petit déjeuner avec toutes nos affaires ouvertes...Attendre le départ des clients est vraiment la base !"

"We like the location and your rooms, but there are some continued issues to bring to your attention. On all 3 stays, we've had problems with the tv remote. On all 3 visits...it's been the volume control...it doesn't work. It just stays locked into one level and the volume cannot be turned up or down. It's usually too loud to keep on. This time, we called the front desk and they brought us a new remote, but that remote wasn't any better. Same issue...couldn't turn the volume down or up. ...

"Staff were speedy for check in and out. Bathtub tile had mold. Hotel was LOUD from guests (not directly hotel’s responsibility but clearly not managed). Not enough parking spaces for guests so had to pay for a parking lot off site. No room service despite there being a room service button on the phone AND an automated message confirming the hours the hotel offers room service. Only one elevator was working. Staff we spoke with was super friendly and helpful during the stay."

"Easy check in, great parking, nice clean room. Great pool and hot tub. Several fire pits with plentiful seating along the shoreline. On site restaurant was a bit pricey. No continental breakfast. Coffee not available in main lobby until 8 am - should be 6 am. Coffee maker in room made flavorless dark colored hot water. Yeah, I like my coffee early. Everything else about Larsmont Cottages was great."

"The price of the hotel was ridiculous. Over 300$. I was expecting a really nice place. Don't get me wrong. It was clean and modern. We had two rooms and both had pieces of the bathroom that were falling off. And had to fix a toilet and one of the toilet seats was really loose and pinched skin. The beds were very comfy! The breakfast was the bomb....So so good. The staff was amazing and very accommodating and super friendly. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the price. Way way to over priced....

We also appreciated there being more than one entrance into the building so we didn't have to walk all the way around from the front, to our room."

"They don't tell you that the hotels under construction on website except for some very fine print at the bottom. We went there for my daughter's birthday and everything like the water slide and hot tub were all shut down. The construction workers were on every level the doors were all propped open so there was no security. The construction workers worked until 10:00 p.m. on a weeknight. They had no coordination as far as shutting down one floor at a time. The whole place look like it was being...

"Love that we could go out the door and be at the water. Also complimentary bikes to ride for all sizes. The staff were super nice and helpful. Also they had fire pits and pokers for us to make s'mores. Very thought out and well done. Would love to stay here again."
