"parking seemed safe enough although I did empty the car the gym was small but had several cardio machines and a set of dumbbells the room was nice with a small couch and desk, although the light over the desk didn't work and the one by the bed flickered like a firefly. breakfast was better than most and there was a hot food item with eggs/cheese and sausage. "The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently!"

"My best friend and my husband and I wanted to experience the hot springs and this home was the perfect place to stay for us. Everything about this home inside and out from top to bottom seemed brand new and was absolutely comfortable. We all commented on the comfort of the beds. Additionally, there was an ample snack basket, full size shower products, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this home."
