"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. "

"Little away from Nagano city however, good shuttle from rail station was provided by the Hotel. Room provided was clean with great view of the mountains. Staff were helpful and professional. In-house laundry facility with washer & dryer availability was very helpful for guests. Breakfast spread was excellent with great choice of breads, fruits, all beverages, cheese, desserts etc. Lounge was very comfortable and provided beverages and snacks for all guests."
