"We stayed at the Best Western with our 4 year old granddaughter so she could use the pool. We had plenty of space in our room which overlooked the Mississippi River. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool was the perfect size for our granddaugther and she loved it."

"This is the best place to stay whenever we come to town! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. If we needed to move to a new room in a flash, they were there to make it happen! Coffee shop down the road and plenty of walking paths. Could use a bigger work-out room. But all in all its a great place to stay! Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful! "We stayed in a handicap room because it was almost full. The mattress was about 4” thick and appeared to be past its age of providing any form of comfort. It was absolutely awful. My husband and I took days after to actually feel better when we returned home. We almost left after the first night, but we had prepaid and it was a holiday weekend so we were most likely stuck. In the bathroom, the ceiling had stains from water overflowing above. The popcorn ceiling was bubbling,but rather then...

"The facility seems old. The elevator is rough. Only cleaning rooms every 3rd day makes it feel cheap and crappy"

"Ad said free continental breakfast. I wouldn't call a few days old plastic wrapped pastry and lukewarm coffee "Breakfast". Site said indoor waterside and pool. Pool was closed for repairs. Really needs a major renovation. Very disappointed."
