" I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, with a hard bed that made it difficult to rest. The room was not clean — there were stains on the sheets, and I even found bugs in the room. The service was poor, and I didn't receive the room I paid for. Due to these issues, I had to check out early and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. "

"The customer service here was top tier. Everyone I encountered was amazing. The rooms were very clean. Having the washer was an added feature I loved, since it was hot we had to wash clothes at the end of our trip, and that helped a great deal. There were constant security personnel at the premise. The location was perfectly in the heart of East Legon, making traveling easier. The rooftop restaurant and bar was also excellent. "
