"The checkin was fine but the whole lobby area, hall and in my room smelled like smoke and I had booked a non smoking room. I was so exhausted after an eleven hour drive I just collapsed on the bed to rest and didn’t go out and complain. I smelled smoke all night. Didn’t sleep well. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was standard for the price."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene...

"Front desk staff was not welcoming at all, was extremely rude to myself and my children. The room itself was nice, however due to the rude staff we will not stay here again. "

"The rooms did not have any curtains. So the outside parking lights are shining in your room all night and in the morning you’re awoken the crack of dawn because there’s no filter. The elliptical machine in the fitness center never worked the entire time. I was there, even though I mentioned it to the staff. The view is atrocious."

"Our entire stay was PERFECT! The clerk at check-in was phenomenal, (sorry forgot his name) he gave us all the information we didn't even know we needed. We were visiting for a memorial service and my grandsons came with us, he showed them where to get complimentary popcorn, sodas/drinks and breakfast. The rooms were topnotch, and the restroom was HUGE compared to other "accessible" restrooms I've been in. Overall I am glad we stayed, the only downside, my boys love swimming, I wished this...
