"First room had not been cleaned after we checked in (bed unmade, trash on floor, wet towels on the couch) so went back to the front desk. Angel was working and sincerely apologized and was so very nice and helpful and gave us a new room with a wonderful upgrade. She turned a bad experience into a good one!"

"Friendly front desk worker and throughout the hotel when walking by workers they would all greet us with a smile. Our room was clean and comfortable. This was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while traveling. "
