"I am very unsatisfied with my whole experience with this super 8 location. I booked a last minute trip to highpoint for a family reunion. I tried numerous times to call and request an early check in. Much to my surprise I couldn't get an answer I spoke to a reservation specialist for super 8 and she also tried she was also unsuccessful. "Seemed new or newly refurbished. Clean to the point of the cleaning residue making the floor sticky. The bed was comfortable, and that's really what we look for, isn't it: a comfortable bed to sleep well in. Not all TV channels had audio and front desk couldn't help fix it; no TV guide to quickly find a channel or show."

"I had a no smoking room. The front desk asked for $50 in "cash" as a deposit. What gives, they had my credit card. I asked for a receipt for the cash, the man at the desk showed me a stack of money, each with a piece of paper stapled to it, showing me all the people that had left deposits. I attempted to shower when i entered my room. It took the hot water awhile to come up to temperature and when it did, it was at best luke warm. Too cold to shower! And it's good that i didn't, the Room had no...

"The room was clean, but the recliner chair in the was disgusting. It was so dirty that neither of would sit in it. The ladies at the registration desk both evening and morning were very friendly and helpful"

"Rooms were dirty and items left in them beds were very uncomfortable,staff was listening to loud music in lobby,window shades were broke,TV didn't work at all in one of my rooms,very loud during night no one did anything about noise in hallway after a 10 drive we wanted quietness never got were up 3 or 4 , times during.i would never stay at this hotel again I'm very disappointed and request a full refund "
