"very nice hotel. Helpful staff as we checked in late. No elevator which I would’ve appreciated carrying luggage up the stairs. Also shower was a little awkward in that the showerhead was very low and the water regulator had no hard stop on hot or cold. Otherwise, a good clean and convenient hotel, especially for the price."

"They have roaches, the second floor has a very distinct wet dog/dog accident smell, the room turned my kids feet black, drywall was falling off in the bathroom. Asked staff to address a possible room change due to the problems, was given the run around instead. Informed the desk clerk at the end of the stay about the issues, (for the third time), and was only told "I will speak with my manager about it". Price is great, but no amount of saving money is worth sleeping with bugs."

"Clean rooms"

"Perfect for a short stay to visit son at Kent! Very clean. Staff helpful. Beds floors bathrooms all clean and neat. The electric shade in our room did not work so I did sleep with parking lot light in my face all night, which was no bueno. But I didn't report because we got there late and I was too tired. Lobby very nice. Right next door to Sheetz so awesome for convenience. Will stay again."

"Clean nice and warm too many gnats in the room covers has stains on them"

"clean and quiet"

"It was fine for the price as we needed 4 rooms last minute for our group. We traveled with 2 disabled girls and there was no elevator and our rooms were on the 3rd floor. They didn’t have any accommodations on a lower floor. That was VERY difficult. 2 rooms didn’t have toilet paper which makes me think they didn’t even clean the room between guests. And one room had a broken lock. The rooms smelled like weed and smoke. Would probably never stay there again."

"Absolutely loved it and the old charms surrounding the house is absolutely inviting and Bob was very wonderful and welcoming and great to talk to and would definitely recommend to others!"

"Breakfast buffet was only on select days. TVs are very old. Property in general was very dated. Rooms were clean and restaurant was decent."

"Everything was great, except my room was right near the elevator so it was extremely noisy and a staff member came into the room when I was sleeping and I had a call the desk"

"Matt the evening host was very helpful and very personable!"

"Very convenient access to Nelson Ledges Road Course. I would have liked a hot tub."
