"This was a pleasant surprise to us. We didn’t realize it was so historic (built in 1891) and beautiful. We also didn’t know they had a string quartet that played in the lobby. We were in the newer part (finished in 1923) and our room had a days gone by charm to it, reminded us of the Waldorf in New York. I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous and historic property!"

"I am very disappointed with my experience. When I entered the room, the window was already open, and many mosquitoes had gotten inside. I was bitten multiple times, and the itching has been very uncomfortable. In addition, the shower has very poor water pressure, which made it difficult to use. I have stayed at many hotels before, but this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues as soon as possible."

"Resort, not in modern times. This is Glamping; you get a room with clean bed(s), a minimal amount of outlets, and a bathroom. The on-prem restaurant is very good and stays open late for those in the park, guests pay the same rate as anyone else visiting. No tv, no a/c is many units, paper thin walls, no fridge on most units, and no ceiling fan, windows that lack locks, and WiFi signal possibly present but a small link for the entire site causes it to be useless most of the time.
