"The fire alarm went off just after 6am. The audio system asked for everyone to "Not use the Elevators, and please Exit the building." The alarm was going off for about 5 minutes, but by the time we got to the Lobby, the alarm stopped. On our way to the lobby, there were zero staff members directing people where to go. Yet, there were people in wheelchairs and elderly people not sure on what to do or where to go. By the time we got to the lobby, people were wandering aimlessly, and the alarm...

"Staff was great! Our room had a walk in shower. The water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor. Either poor design, shower curtain too short or what?? The fridge is placed in a hard to axcess cabinet. Guests should be warned NOT to open the door from the top where it is designed to be opened as you will injure your hand. Fire pit did not work!"
