"Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine. The pool was nice. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work. The desk clerks didn’t seem to know a lot about the area. It also seemed like they did not have consistent policies. It would have been helpful to get clear information about the Mayo Clinic shuttle. Overall our stay was nice"
