"The room was nice. Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in the room for patrons to use, only a liquor refrigerator. There were about 200 slot machines but only 2 staffed roulette tables. Bellmen, maids, and valets were very nice."

"The only issue I had was our room pool. It was full of bugs and was never cleaned. Plus chips of the sealer and the tiles were cracking. The staff is amazing and so friendly! If you eat breakfast there, ask for Ashley as your waitress! She was so amazing!!!! "

"Came to Pocono for a NASCAR race with my adult kids & young granddaughters. The hotel was nice and very clean. Beds were so comfy and I loved that they provided the bathroom necessities. The breakfast was very good and the staff was super friendly. The location was good and easy to get too. My only complaint was that The Lounge menu provided was not what was available. "The room was clean but could use some updating. The jacuzzi controls are not in reach of the jacuzzi. Bathroom was very small and didn’t have any towel racks except 2 hooks behind the door. The Shower had great pressure which is a big plus. Breakfast was just ok. "

"This will be a very detailed review. First, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The manager didn't even charge us the fee for incidentals. Which was super nice. The hotel is on the older side.
