"Great experience overall! Clean hotel and pool, great local food and convenient shuttle service to downtown Key West. We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed. We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us. Those were our only two complaints! "

"This was our first time here. The property is beautiful! The kids LOVED playing at the main pool, lagoon & other pool w/ pirate ship splash pad. Our only complaint is the water in all these areas is very warm except the pool by the pirate ship. Maybe when they build the new water slide area they will include a system that keeps the water cool & refreshing. Food & drinks were delicious but also expensive.
