"This hotel was so beautiful. It was one of four I stayed at when visiting Japan. Right across the street is the Yakohoma Art Museum and then a 4 minute walk there’s a huge shopping center in the landmark tower where you can take a super fast elevator to the top floor to view Japan. There’s so many restaurant options and shopping. I loved staying at this hotel. There was also a delicious restaurant in the hotel that we dined at. It was Japanese take on Italian. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel also has a pool. We loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was small, which is average for Japan. However, the service was excellent and many amenities were placed out for your convenience in the lobby. Pajamas were also a nice touch and were available near the elevators on each floor. Heated toilet seats and integrated bidets were great. The rooms were clean and properly stocked (towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, hand and bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner) when we arrived."

"Close distance to the train station, malls, and restaurants. Hotel staff were accommodating and I had no trouble communicating in English. Room was quite spacious even as a solo traveler and bathroom did not feel cramped in the slightest. "
