"It’s pretty rundown. Carpet was very dirty. Good price, not a bad area and the cable worked as did Wi-Fi. It smelled a little musty but really not too bad for the price. There’s no breakfast and there was a $100 hold/deposit "

"Very nice upscale apartment. Awesome album selction to play thru the bluetooth. Owner was very responsive to minor issues. There were 13% in taxes that did not show up in “This is the price you pay” promo. The owner, Hotels.com and Evolve all said it would be addressed so hopefully that issue has been resolved. Will def stay again!"

"Stay was fine need was comfortable. Not a problem for me but phone did not work in room and each lamp was missing a light bulb."
