"⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ — Friendly Staff, but the Hotel Needs Major Upkeep I stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Eagle Pass and found the staff friendly and the lobby clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the rest of the property needs attention. The exterior had trash and overgrown shrubs, and our room wasn’t ready at 2:45 PM due to staffing issues. "This is an older hotel which is fine, it doesn’t bother me. But the room was hot, the ac didn’t help much. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff leaves the doors open when they are cleaning the rooms but there was several flys & misquotes and last but not least the shower, it is so old & so small. The hotel needs serious repairs and renovations."

"A real nice clean facility, gave you a little package for check in, as far as amenities and the room was cleaned. Bathroom was great and excellent mattress on the bed. The best sleep ever in a long time!!! Love. The breakfast was really nice buffet and was really good for the road trip!!!"
