"Staff were very helpful"

"The internet wasn’t working for several hours in the evening and the bathroom had dirt on the floor :("

"Stay was fine."

"Everything was great"

"Was pleasantly surprised, went to the WVU game and this was a reasonable option Would stay again!"

"Stayed for a week, loved the room. No complaints, would stay again if I’m ever in the area! 10/10 recommend."

"Fantastic "

"Enjoyed the welcome spread of pepperoni rolls and cookies for the WVU game. Clean room, quiet"

"The room was clean. The ice machine was available as u went into the building. I don't remember seeing any breakfast."

"Room was great, food at the bistro was good as well. Overall, had a great stay."

"My room was moldy wet smelling the mattress cover was dirty and when I turned the air on it made the room smell even worse. I ask for a refund of course was denied. Went and stayed in another motel."

"The room was perfectly fine and beds comfortable and clean. The hotel's entrance road and parking lot are rough looking, and we had doubts about it from that first impression."

"Figuring out how to watch the TV was way too difficult as there are no guides or instructions furnished. The room we had needed a little maintenance. The room door and bathroom door were difficult to open and close, a situation where the housekeeping staff should have reported long ago. The elevator was particularly overworked, noisy and due to the hotel being fully occupied, the wait times were lengthy."
