"Would be 5 stars all round if it wasn’t for the fireplace centrepiece under the TV not working, half of it wouldn’t switch on so one side was lit while the other stayed off and I paid a lot of money on 2 nights in the signature suite for a very special birthday relying on everything to be as advertised. With the room being the main experience this was very disappointing and even after raising this to staff it wasn’t able to be fixed. I’m all about details especially for big celebrations and this...

"L'hotel in generale e una buona struttura, personale disponibile."

"Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly. The hotel is noisy. You have to pay for parking by the day and each time you use the pool or gym."

"Eines der schönsten Hotels in denen ich bisher war. Es ist, als ob man in einem Museum übernachtet, man kann die Geschichte förmlich spüren."

"Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend"

"Simple & easy to use everything. Perfect for overnight work stay"

"Great facilities."

"Lovely characterful property. Friendly staff and very polite, Room was good, huge bathroom and very clean, robes and towels supplied. We did use the pool which was lovely. There is nothing lift so be careful if a bit unsteady on your legs as lots of steps and stairs around."

"A warm welcome from the gentleman at the front desk but from here on out nothing else positive to say. When opening the room door, we were hit by the smell of stainless, mold and feet. The bed somehow smelt like urine, vomit and damp mold. Many flying bugs in the room, sofa bed was so flimsy the kids felt sea sick in the morning. We were meant to stay 2 nights, but only just managed 1, reported to be fully booked so no change of room available and too late to find a replacement. Refund...

"This true Kentish pub is fabulous, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, the staff are welcoming friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and food is great. A pleasure to visit this historic pub."

"The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!"

"The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum. Sunday lunch was the highlight of my stay: fresh, flavoursome and very enjoyable. As a result, and having read...
