"The staff was super friendly. They helped with local travel and commute. Property is unique, quiet and serene, one with nature. Pandian, Ram, Sudipto were specifically super helpful. "The hotel was OK and fulfilled our needs, eventually. The front desk staff were very slow and disorganized. We had to ask them for things 2 or 3 times before they responded to us. And our Landry was lost for several hours before they returned it to us. "

"Our early arrival was communicated but they refused blindly ,at early morning. I came with my kids & guess it was due to online booking they showed no interest in makjng arrangement! Since we paid in full , we came back to stay .An elderly person who attended at 5th floor was kind & that alone should have forgotten our ordeal ..."
