"The biggest downfall was no internet for our 3 day stay. We had maid service one of three days. Had to go to desk to request fresh towels. Tv required two remotes. The beds were ok."

"The purchased the most expensive room for the night I was staying in town. I arrived after 14 hours of driving across the country. I arrived to check in and asked if the pool was opened as I purchased this hotel because of location and having a pool. They stated they did not have the pool open and it’s in their website. As I purchased through Expedia, Expedia did not inform me of this information and the front desk said I can cancel without penalty but I needed to contact my 3rd party booking....
