"The resort was really nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying on the resort and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that really bothered me is our newbies in the bottom were really loud and didn’t care to be quiet. After a long day at Busch gardens we just wanted to sleep but got woken up multiple times my the noise. "

When I ask about it, the lady gave me some not so nice answer and I had to empty my own trash. She was a very bad manager and the only thing they vacuum in the room was a spot where the ceiling leak on to the floor. Our bed was never change out entire stay. "
