The entire staff went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. Friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring, they made sure every detail was perfect. The cleanliness and sanitization standards were top-notch, which made us feel safe and comfortable the entire stay. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Midtown is an amazing hotel located in the heart of Hamra, surrounded by many caffe, restaurants, and shopping area. Easy to find everything around you. I loved the staff so helpful and make your stay easier. Very clean hotel and the rooms smell good.

Clean, spacious, have all what holidaiers need: Olympic pools, leisure pools, beach and sea. Staffs are very friendly and courteous. Roof top “hemming bird” restaurant did creat job hosting my dinner party.

All staff was friendly and helpful, we like the stay.. but they don’t have room service for lunch or dinner only breakfast so we ordered from an application and they delivered it. The parking is good and the location as well the size of the room was good also the bed comfortable the wifi was good they clean the room in daily basis and they add water and coffee as a complementary every day

Hotel is one of the best resorts in Beirut , staff are extremely helpful and friendly yet very professional May be the hotel needs more restaurants specially with the amazing sea view it have

Great place to stay very clean and amazing staff . Shopping and Resturant all within walking distance Food is great! but if you not used to the city noise and cars beeping every minute find you a deferent place up in the mountains.. otherwise A+ will come back again !!
