"広くて遊び道具が充実しており、子どもたちもとても喜んでおりました。テントサウナも盛り上がりました。バーベキューセットも一通り揃っているようなので、今度は暖かい時期に利用したいと思います。 食器類やタオルなど、すべて揃っているので快適に過ごせました。細かいところになりますが、コーヒーミルが付いているという事前情報だったので、豆を持って行ったのですがミルが見当たらなかったのが少し残念でした。またフライ返しがなかったので目玉焼きを焼くのに苦労しまし。"

"Aesthetically absolutely beautifully designed interior, however not so functional. We stayed over the new year so it was cold/dry weather so we wish they had humidifiers. The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight. Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at JR Inn Hakodate and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers using public transport. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. Being directly connected to JR Hakodate Station made it incredibly convenient for arrival, sightseeing, and catching our early 8am flight from Hakodate Airport. The airport bus is easily accessible, making departure stress-free. Our room was comfortable and adequately sized, although the bathroom was the smallest we encountered during our Hokkaido trip. It was functional but felt a little cramped compared to other hotels we stayed in. Check-in service was excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful with luggage storage before check-in. Do note that room access is strictly from 3pm onwards. Guests who are comfortable with Japanese onsen culture can also make use of the shared public bath, which is a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining options, and souvenir shopping couldn’t be easier with a large selection of local products available just downstairs. Overall, JR Inn Hakodate offers outstanding convenience, friendly service, and a fantastic location. It is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hakodate, especially those arriving by train or departing on an early flight."
