"Nice place and staff. cottage was small."

"We have stayed there many times and have loved it but this time was different. Youth soccer teams were staying there and there were kids all over the place running around without parents. They were in the halls, elevators, close to the bar and we didn’t even try to go to the pool because we saw how crowded it was with kids jumping in everywhere. Parents were bringing in coolers and moving everything around. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night so we didn’t have to wake up to it again."

"It was okay. Rooms were clean No extra toilet paper, had to go to front desk to get more. 2 towels per room, hadto go ask for more. Hung the sign to clean room. Never happened. Had to leave the garbage outside in the hall."

"Room was clean and all necessary stuffs are kept inside the room. Breakfast was awesome except no proteins."

"Hotel was OK. Dated and showing age. No real theme or style. We got an ADA room for some reason???. It was a dark and dingy room. The AC was the worst, ran in cycles from off to sounding like a lawn mower running right next to us. The free breakfast is just cold grocery store items opened up and put in bigger dishes. Pool was very slippery and way past it's prime."

"Beautiful property, gardens, flowers, rooms. I love the little extras like tea and cookies. Staff was kind and always available."

"I didn't realize it was a motel, not a hotel. I was expecting something much different. Yet, our room was comfortable, smaller than anticipated, but nice nonetheless. There was no ice machine close to our unit, however, we did scrape the bottom of an outdoor freezer that was once filled with ice. Other than that, it's nice. Would I stay there again, probably not - it's okay. I also think the receptionist clerk made a slip when she indicated the bill was about $30 less than what we paid through...

"It is a very pleasant location and nice quiet rooms. But... I had paid with Expedia and my visa was charged again (more) at checkin. I saw it later and went to desk. She apologized and it looks like it was reversed, but would not have been. Also at checkout they refused to give me a receipt saying that this was expedia's issue, not theirs. "

"Rude staff at check in. Caught her in a lie. I was told I shouldn’t be booking through Expedia because they are a 3rd party vendor and requests aren’t approved. Unwilling to help me with noted medical condition. Room smelled unpleasant. Bugs in the bathroom. Wasn’t the best stay although I have been there dozens of times with no issues."
