Great hotel with its retro decor and beautiful location in Ashland! Very clean, nice pool area and friendly staff. I've stayed here before a few years ago - but missing the breakfast that was available before. Otherwise, a very nice stay for our Oregon Shakespeare Festival trip!
Front Desk is exceptional, housekeeping does a clean job and maintenance is on top of things that I can see. Rooms are simple, spacious and comfortable. Luna is more than adequate for simple dining and the ambiance overall is light and very pleasant.
I retired a couple years ago from the Palace Hotel in SF after working in engineering. Any of the staff I met could slide right into the Palace.
Peaceful and tranquil grounds with uniquely designed spaces and comfortable spots to relax and enjoy nature all around. Our room was massive, including the spacious bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, which added to the spa-like experience. The Luna cafe has great food too. We only stayed for a night, so we didn’t get to explore the area, but this looks like the perfect place for hiking and outdoor activities during the day and relaxing and recharging afterwards. We’re planning to come back for a longer stay soon.
Very friendly staff at check-in, rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean. Highly reccommend the breakfast potatoes at Luna Cafe! Best I've had in the PNW!

Staff was great but hotel is run down. Rooms smell kind of mildewy. The charm you see in the photos and on the website isn’t quite there in real life. Hotel needs updates for sure. AC unit is from the 80s - loud and clunky and will wake you up. Food at the restaurant was also terrible and overpriced (although, again, the folks working there were great).
We enjoyed this visit from the moment we arrived—from the friendly staff and inviting lobby to the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. The king-sized bed had a wealth of cloud soft pillows and the room was quiet. The staff put us on the ground floor with a direct exit outside for our pup. And downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival were just a short drive away. We’ll be back!
The hotel is well organized and well appointed. Restaurant has decent food, decently priced. Rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

The Luna cafe was actually surprisingly good with friendly and helpful staff. Front desk really nice! Deluxe suite was dated and had adu shower, disappointed to pay extra for a crappy room, with pizza slice art on wa ?!?!?!?. Smelt like marijuana :/ the resort looks really nice on the outside though and the pool and courts are very nice.
