"The building is very old, but you can feel the effort put into keeping it clean and tidy. The staff provided polite and attentive service without being overbearing. Above all, the hot spring is wonderful. The bath on the first floor was too hot for me, so I used the one on the fifth floor instead, and enjoyed a refreshing soak in the morning.
