"Great location, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and only a couple of minutes from the beach. There are lots of interesting cafes and bars in the vicinity. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked the spa pool. There were a couple of issues that I should point out. 1) The TV wasn't working and there didn't seem to be any way to get it to work. This didn't worry me personally since I prefer books but some guests might find it frustrating 2) There was no can opener and when...

"Enjoyed our second stay in two weeks. This is a top spot and hotel in the beautiful city of Napier. Terrific ocean views and relaxed vibe make it a great choice for travellers. We had the one bedroom unit which is superb. Very cold weather outside , warm and cosy inside. The front of house staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended to everyone."

"I was attending a conference locally, stayed 3 nights and had everything I needed for that stay. My room was clean and aired, with good linen, heating and a fridge available. A very handy walk to supermarkets, and cafe/restaurants. The only downside to my stay was the INFORMATION regarding parking (not the property's lack of parking). A pre-arrival email stated that parking was limited, was on a first come first served basis, but not available to guests who booked through Expedia... Trying...

"Great location, easy walk around town and very close to beach. Nice cafes and shops to explore. Hotel has a very nice bar and dinning room. Bedroom was small but very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I would stay here again."
