"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the building was not the cleanest. Also, the pool was closed, so that was a bummer. We'd definitely stay again, but hopefully all the light bulbs, the water stains on the ceiling, and the pool are taken care of or working."

"My TV didn’t work. The front desk guy came to my room but he couldn’t fix it. He said they might give me a discount but they didn’t. The fire alarm went off at 9am Sunday morning. The fire department came and gave the all clear."

The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy.
